We are excited to announce that the application window for the Fellow of the Minnesota Society of Radiologic Technologists (FMSRT) program is now open! This prestigious recognition honors members who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, service, and dedication to the advancement of the radiologic sciences.
Applications are due by July 15, annually. If you or a colleague would like to apply, please ensure all required materials are submitted by the deadline.

The Fellow of the Minnesota Society of Radiologic Technologists (FMSRT) program is designed to honor MSRT members who have demonstrated outstanding service, leadership, and dedication to the radiologic sciences. The process for applying for this recognition includes specific guidelines for submission:

Eligibility & Committee: The FMSRT Committee, made up of FMSRT members, MSRT Board Members, and/or Past Presidents, is responsible for reviewing applications.

Application Deadline: All materials must be submitted to the FMSRT Committee Chair by July 15th each year.

Application Requirements:

A completed application form, including a cover/flow sheet.

A professional CV/resume.

A biographical sketch (500-650 words), outlining MSRT activities and career achievements, due by September 1st.

A $50 application fee.

Appropriate verification documents for all claimed points (e.g., committee certifications, office election records, work-related letters, certifications).

The application must be submitted in a three-ring binder or in email format with identical organization.

Verification Types: Includes committee certifications, office records, MSRT newsletter mentions, facility letters, and certification documents. Points for work experience must be verified by a relevant facility or organization.
