Section 2: SPECIAL MEETINGS
The president, or a majority of the members of the Board of Directors, upon written request to the President, may call a special meeting, provided a fifteen (15) day notice to all members is given. The purpose of such meetings shall be stated in the notice and no other business shall be transacted.
Business to be conducted:
I would like to call a special meeting to approve and appoint Jess Wiste as the new MSRT Secretary.
Additionally, I would like to invite those parties interested in volunteering for, and being appointed to, the MSRT Metro and Southern Region Representatives, under the current Bylaws and Policy and Procedure manual pertaining to the Region Representatives.
