Registration will be required and quorum for the meeting will be established based on the number of registrants and attendance at the virtual event. Please be in attendance if you register for this event.  In accordance to our by-laws, a quorum for special MSRT meetings shall consist of 25% of voting members in attendance (which will be determined by number of registered event attendees) and includes not less than 2 officers.

This year's election will be for President Elect and Secretary.

There will be only one other item for membership to vote on- One nomination for membership elevation from Member to Life Member, for one Board approved nominee.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this new terrain, we want to make sure we are doing everything correctly and have been working with both the ASRT and legal counsel to ensure we are setting us up for success!
